Moscow’s PERVY RESPUBLIKANSKY BANK (PRB; Moscow) has opened Russia’s first branch designed to provide services to invalids. The bank office is to provide services to invalids moving in wheelchairs, blind, deaf and dump persons and other disabled people. The branch will offer its clients a full range of banking services. The bank plans to offer deposits with higher interest rates and other beneficial tariffs for most of its banking services. The project has been launched in tandem with the Moscow City Government’s Social Protection Department.
