The Russian Central Bank will terminate the temporary administration at the UNITED TRANSPORT BANK (OTBANK) as of November 9, 2006, in connection with a Moscow Arbitration Court ruling on the forced liquidation of the bank and the appointment of the liquidator. This was announced by the CBR. The bank’s license was revoked on August 31, 2006, over violations of anti-laundering legislation.
