Following the integration of Commerzbank AG and Dresdner Bank AG Commerzbank (Eurasija) finalized the takeover of Dresdner Bank, Commerzbank said in a press release.
Based on Banki.ru data, as of September 1, 2010 the lender’s assets stood at Rub 33.95 bln (92nd place in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) totaled Rub 9.12 bln, the credit portfolio amounted to Rub 9.84 bln and obligations to households came to Rub 7.64 mln.
