Russia’s OBRAZOVANIE (Moscow) commercial bank has become an associated member of the VISA INTERNATIONAL system. The VISA status will enable the bank to issue and service Visa Electron, Classic and Gold cards. The bank is now replacing MasterCards issued earlier with Visa cards. The bank will begin providing Visa card services this December.
