RIA NOVOSTI. The spouse of former Moscow Mayor Elena Baturina has sold Russian Land Bank to foreign investors, Gennady Terebkov, press secretary of Elena Baturina’s Inteco, told RIA Novosti.
“In November the sale of a 98.12% stake in Russian Land Bank, held by Elena Baturina, to several foreign investors was closed. The remaining 1.8% holding is in the hands of the minority shareholders," the news agency’s interviewee said. The transaction price is not disclosed.
Russian Land Bank declined to comment on the deal to the news agency.
