Russias YUZHNY TORGOVY BANK (Rostov-on-Don) is to increase its charter capital by R200 million to R500m. The decision was approved by bank shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting. The bank will increase the capital by issuing 20 million shares, each having a nominal value of R10. Shares will be placed via a closed subscription.
