As news agency Banki.ru found out, Industrial Commercial Elkabank has been renamed in ActiveCapital Bank Relevant amendments were already made to the CBR Book for State Registration of Lending Institutions.
On June 21, 2011 the bank was provided with licenses to conduct operations with rubles and currencies, to attract private deposits and offer precious metal products, and also attract private deposits in rubles and currencies.
“The change of the banks corporate name does not entail any changes in its rights or obligations to customers and contracting parties. All contracts and agreements signed earlier remain valid (it is not required to re-sign respective agreements using the banks new corporate name). The change of the banks corporate name does not entail any changes in its legal status, Main State Registration Number, Taxpayer Identification Number, BIC, KPP, correspondent account, its registered office, the license number or any other details," the lending institution said in a press release.
As Banki.ru data show, as of June 1, 2011 the banks net assets totaled Rub 8.65 bln (No. 236 in Russia), capital (calculated in line with CBR requirements) amounted to Rub 1.10 bln, the credit portfolio came to Rub 4.75 bln and obligations to households equaled Rub 4.49 bln.
