Especially for private clients with a positive credit history, IMPEXBANK has rolled out mortgage loans without a commission fee, the bank’s press service reported. The 0% commission campaign will last until July 31, 2007, and be held at all Moscow branches, mini offices and regional branches of IMPEXBANK. Mortgage loans to buy pre-owned and new homes without a commission fee are granted to clients who have used credits of IMPEXBANK or other banks.
By the time of consideration of the application, the borrower must have fully repaid IMPEXBANK’s untied credit or at least 50% of an autoloan. The same category of clients includes borrowers with the positive credit history in other banks, who have fully repaid auto, mortgage and consumer loans.
