NOMOS Bank has accomplished the reorganization process annexing two affiliate financial institutions, NOMOS-Regiobank and NOMOS-Bank Siberia.
This, since June 8 NOMOS-Regiobank affiliated bank started operating instead of NOMOS-Regiobank, and NOMOS-Bank Siberia has moved to the NOMOS Bank branch in Novosibirsk.
Besides that, the banks’ websites have been unified starting from Monday, and information for the clients of NOMOS-Regiobank and NOMOS-Bank Siberia will now be published at NOMOS Bank’s website.
’This annexion has become the conclusion of the integration process we conducted for our clients’ maximum comfort. I am convinced that our clients will appreciate the advantages from a bigger unified structure’, NOMOS Bank deputy chairman Dmitry Romayev says.
The annexed banks’ branches are operating according to their regular schedule. All of the annexed banks’ obligations will be carried out on a full scale.
All of the loans, deposits and current account balances (including those on plastic cards) in NOMOS-Regiobank and in NOMOS-Bank Siberia will be serviced as usual. The terms of credit card services will remain unchanged for clients who use online banking services. Individual clients have a possibility to use the Internen and mobila banking system ’NOMOS-Link’.
The new bank details will be received during the last two weeks of July and will be published for clients on the NOMOS Bank website, as well as on the ’NOMOS Link’ website. The account numbers of legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals will remain unchanged. The new bank details will come into force since July 8.
The former details of NOMOS-Regiobank and NOMOS-Bank Siberia will remain actual within 180 days.
