As news agency Banki.ru learned, Sea Commercial Bank of Kaliningrad was renamed in IPF Bank. Relevant records were made in the CBR book of state registration of lending institutions. On July 2, 3008 the Bank of Russia granted a license to IPF Bank with the right to conduct banking operations with rubles and foreign currencies, and also a license to attract private deposits.
According to the data from news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, net assets of IPF Bank equal Rub 60 bln (981st place in Russia). The bank is a member of the national deposit insurance system.
