As part of taking over Bank Ascold Smolensky Bank closed the purchase of 100% of the lending institution’s voting shares, Smolensky Bank said in a press release.
So, Smolensky Bank’s equity stake in Bank Ascold’s charter capital equals 100%, and a relevant entry was made in the register of registered securities holders on December 5, 2013. Once the deal is wrapped up, Smolensky Bank’s charter capital will rise Rub 82.4 mln to Rub 1.82 bln.
Meanwhile, Bank Ascold will finally merge with Smolensky Bank no earlier than the second half of 2014.
