Equity capital of National Mortgage Bank was increased to Rub 708.7 mln, the lending institution said in a press release. The capital jumped following the registered issue of the securities by the Central Bank of Russia on July 31, 2008.
As the press release pointed out, the SPO pushed up equity by 57%.
According to the data from news agency Banki.ru and Interfax-CEA, net assets of National Mortgage Bank equal Rub 3.76 bln (320th place in Russia). The bank is a member of the national deposit insurance system. The lending institution’s beneficial owners are Andrey Oleshko, Roman Kozak, Gennady Babkin, Vladislav Chernyshev, Bogdan Yuditsky and Evgeny Volotov.
