Mordovpromstroybank is going to change its official corporate name, and its full corporate name will be Joint Stock Commercial Bank Interregional Industrial Construction Bank OJSC. On the public websites the financial institutions corporate name has so far been the same, but the Federal Information Agency has already recorded the aforementioned change in the banks registration data.
As posted on the lending institutions website, the shareholders decided to rename the bank in late April 2014. Meanwhile, the banks abbreviated corporate name will remain unchanged (IICB).
When updating the banks license the list of operations is expected to include some amendments, pursuant to which IIPC, in particular, will have the opportunity to deal with e-money.
Today the bank primarily focuses on serving corporate clients. Retail programs mainly comprise deposit products, the most important source of funding for IICB. Most of the banks offices operate in the Republic of Mordovia, while outside of the republic the bank runs a branch in Moscow and an operating office in Penza.
The bank has many shareholders (both retail and corporate) with small stakes. As of April 18, 2014 the biggest stake was in the hands of Mikhail Piriev (11.88%), while Alexei Evsyunin holds 10.58%, Alexei Roshchupkins stake equals 9.22%, with Evgeny Shklyaev, management board chairwoman Lyudmila Grishina and Alexei Merkushkin holding over 7% each.
This May the Bank of Russia registered the lenders charter capital uplift from Rub 262 mln to Rub 350 mln.
