Far East Regional Bank was renamed in Bank Inter-Regional Financial Corporation (Mezhregfincombank) and relocated to Moscow. Until February 2009 the lending institution was registered in Blagoveshchensk (Amur region). The bank’s new real address is as follows: bldg. 1, Vorontsovsky Per. 2, Moscow.
The lenders charter capital equals Rub 31 mln. A new banking license allowing the lender to deal with rubles and foreign currencies, but without the right to attract private deposits was granted by the Central Bank of Russia on February 27, 2009.
