According to the report of press service of credit organization, shareholders finished capitalizing Tatfondbank by 1.5 billion rubles under the agreement on the increase of net assets.
According to the data for the end of June, the authorized capital of the bank amounted to 14.423 billion rubles.
There was noted in financial institution that the transaction was carried out in the framework of implementation of plans for finishing bank capitalizing totaling 8 billion rubles affirmed in the strategy of its development.
Earlier the Board of Directors of Tatfondbank approved increase of the authorized capital of the credit organization by deployment of additional shares per three billion rubles. According to the bank materials, 300 million of registered uncertified equities with the face value of 10 rubles each one were placed by public subscription at par.
