PRIME-TASS. A group of private investors is going to buy Rossiysky Credit, a Top 200 lender in Russia, from Boris Ivanishvili for $352 mln, a representative of the entrepreneur told Prime-TASS.
According to the representative, the buyers include Georgy Gens, president and owner of IT group Lanit, Boris Pastukhov, the founder of Promyshlenno-strakhovaya kompania (currently Uralsib), Boris Khait, the founder of insurance group Spasskiye vorota, and former Bank Globex major shareholder Anatoly Motylev.
“The deal is planned to be wrapped up prior to September 1, 2012," the news agencys respondent noted.
